APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Contract and these Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Uganda and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uganda for the resolution of any dispute under these Terms or concerning any Tour, product or service.
